I'm trying to get my memoir about being a twin with Asperger's and anorexia published (the book also discusses my twin's suicide in 2016). It's 109,000 words. Does the book sound interesting or too depressing, too long???

sounds like a great idea. I am also writing a novel like that, I am calling it "Beautiful Madness" and one about eating disorders (anorexia and binge eating/obesity) called "Unbroken". Do you have pages started? I'd be happy to read and edit your work if you'd like.

Yes, I have an entire edited manuscript that I've sent out to tons of agents....but no replies yet. I can send you a sample chapter if you're interested. Your book ideas sound awesome! It's really sad how anorexia and Asperger's go hand in hand so often :(

Cindy

Some readers find the topics you specied interesting, some boring

It also depends on your writing style

Anyways it only matters if a publisher will publish your book

Besides not everyone reads books for fun

Oh cool. Mine is 434 pages has about 50-150 left for me to write. I'd love to read a chapter of yours.
