Just wanted to know if anyone else on the spectrum besides me feels like they are always walking on eggshells. Because this is the way I feel much to most of the time, and I wanted to know how common it is among those of us on the spectrum. It’s not a very comfortable way to live at all, but I was wondering if anyone else like me also has this same experience.

Yes, all the time, with everyone. It’s exhausting.
