Has anyone else experienced a major change in their overload symptoms?
My body seems to have subconsciously switched.
For six ling years I had diarrhoea ( yuck) which kept me pretty housebound and when I worked hard to get rid of that with therapy and drugs etc it seemed to switch to tears. Which was much easier to deal with.
But recently I seem to have stopped that and now headaches seem to be my body's symptom of choice.
Not sure I appreciate the switch although easier to cope with in the outside world, I end up taking a lot of medicine which probably isn't good.
Now I'm really working on reducing body tension by reducing exposure.
Just curious if this has happened to others?
