I really find it to be difficult. Especially if there's no guidance or even if there was I am too stubborn to do things their way.
Jeez, it's the one thing that is complicating my life..
I can do small things, but big things start-to-end... demotivated, depressed, distracted, you name it,..

Because its like this with most things, if you arent gaining or maintaining speed, you're losing speed.
In project work its because of stupid context switching (and its almost like starting from scratch) and distraction, ugh...

I think i should just simplify my life. And make it as routinely as possible. But such a simple solution is also strainous for me... I tried it before, and I dont know man.. Then I try to make it less strainous by removing one component, and my whole life falls out of balance.
Hmm...

What are your experiences?

Would you care to clarify if there is a specific long-term goal you want to achieve right now? It might be easier to help if you elaborate on that... Anyhow, to achieve a long-term goal (in general) you need to be motivated to work on it every day (or at least regularly). You need to know why you want to achieve it in order to stay motivated and it's also important to take a break from time to time so that you don't get overworked.

I do think simple is better as long as you have everything you need. Even the best of us only have so much energy every day.

I tend to struggle with some long-term goals because of changes in how much time and energy I have, and my priorities, over months or years.
