8 years later! its a good idea to users now that almost a decade passed to tell their software, since so much has changed.
i use Free Alarm Clock, to remind me that it passed 30 minutes since i swallowed pantropazole. I have this terrible habit of power on my computer, as soon i wake up, even before i wash my face. And i can get so distracted on it that i just forget that 30 minutes passed since i swallowed pantropazole.
Sometimes i use Pomodoro on my android phone, that makes me take a rest between every 15 minutes, with 3 minutes rest which i use to grab water, or talk with someone in my friends list.
Google Calendar on my android- with some sugestions what to do, like cleaning my glasses, cleaning my room, wash my head(that i hate to do), do physical exercises, eat more fruits, go to my psychiatric gets my remedies
Tasks on Android is also awesome, cause it makes lists- since i do much repetitive stuff, i check the items, and in the end of the day i uncheck, since i will need to do it again- also i need sugestions what to do in tasks- today, i only do tasks like reading manga, watching anime, do a eye exercise where i look to another people face in a video, to get used to eye contact, use for 15 minutes a app called brain training
