Black and white thinking, sometimes I just can't let go of an issue.

The most disabling aspect for me is sensory processing issues and commorbidities.

Sensory issues, especially to the noise and cold.

The fact that I find interacting with other people so exhausting. It ruins my relationships with other people because they get upset that I don't want to spend time with them.

And the obsessive behavour, but I think that's the crutch rather than the autism. It divides me from other people too. That's prob why my subconscious chose it.

I find your comments on WP to be very enlightening. I'm sure it must be frustrating for you.

I would say social communication, self-managing (executive functioning) for me are the most difficult, or rigid thinking. I can interact better than I can verbally communicate in certain instances, if that makes sense.

A mix of sensory, cognitive dysfunction and difficulty with math.

Very low frustration level, and giving up easily
Extremely low ability to deal with boring things for more than a very short time
Getting too easily overwhelmed
and how I need silence in order to focus

Thanks, Living. That’s makes me feel good.

I think my inability to, say, teach a class with multiple students , is caused by a sort of dyspraxia.

Poor executive functioning getting in the way of improving my life even when I know what I need to do, how to do it, and have the resources - it so easily makes me live in a boring and repetitive rut of looping round the same old routines and making the same old mistakes over and over again.
