I've worn jeans, t-shirts and Converse type baseball-style shoes (we called them bumper boots when I was young) since the 70s. I rarely wear jumpers, sweatshirts or hoodies as I'm hot pretty much all the time, even in winter.
I always prefer cotton and other natural fibres and am really picky about the necks of t-shirts (wide), sock seams (over the toe and never at the end) and the waistbands of underpants (wide). T-shirt tags get cut off. In summer I don't like wearing shoes or socks unless outside and even then I'll sometimes walk the dog along dirt and grass footpaths in my bare feet.
I don't wear a watch as I find the straps constrictive and can't even touch jewellery - even looking at earrings makes me feel physically sick! I also don't like shiny things on clothes; visible zips, metal buttons etc.
Outside, I only wear a jacket if absolutely necessary and would rather get wet from the rain than hot and bothered. I have loads of sunglasses around the house, at work and in my car and have recently bought a baseball cap to help block out the light when walking.
My bed linen has to be cotton and the tag on the duvet cover must always be at the bottom of the bed or cut off. Pillow covers should not have any raised patterns and if they do they get turned over to the plain side. Bed sheets must be pulled tight so that there are no wrinkles or loose fabric, especially near my feet. I sleep commando with my legs and arms sticking out from under the duvet unless it's winter time and extremely cold and then I may put a t-shirt on but that will give me a restless night's sleep because I end up feeling all tangled in cloth.
At the moment I'm in the office at work. I have all the windows open, my personal fan going (blowing at my feet and legs so I don't get watering eyes), my uv/blue-light blocking glasses on and am wearing Levi jeans (I have three identical pairs and they're always straight-leg cut), Black Flag t-shirt and bare feet (my Converse are under my desk). That's pretty much a normal day for me.
And it took 'till I was 48 to be diagnosed?
I am the same , my bed sheets have to be straight, I can't stand fans anywhere near me or my eyes water, when abroad or in complete sun I can't even step out without sunglasses. Once on a speed boat I was almost closing my eyes because of the whiteness and sun reflection, I had completely forgotten glasses it was awful.
