I never try any new styles or wear too revealing outfits (crop tops, skimpy bikinis) because it would make me feel uncomfortable, not because of confidence or anything but because it doesn’t feel right. Mostly stick to loose shorts and a cami top in summer and blouse and jeans in cooler weather.
It could be the type of fabric, how it clings to my skin, many reasons.

I can't wear anything with buttons, like a buttoned shirt or a polo shirt. It's just not my taste.

I cannot wear thick jeans. Neon clothes are also disturbing.

I wear mostly different shades of pea green because that colour makes me feel calm and peaceful.

Always a t-shirt plus a hoodie whenever possible.

And jogging pants. The nice kind that look like ordinary pants but have an elastic waistband so I don't have to fasten them or fumble with a belt.

That's it, that's all I ever wear except a puffer vest or coat when it's really cold.

And also I usually wear long-johns like a second skin in the winter.

I don't like clothes that are tight. They make me feel claustrophobic. I don't really like not wearing a jumper either. A good hoodie makes me feel secure, I feel exposed in just a t-shirt. For this reason I much prefer spring and autumn to summer.

I've worn jeans, t-shirts and Converse type baseball-style shoes (we called them bumper boots when I was young) since the 70s. I rarely wear jumpers, sweatshirts or hoodies as I'm hot pretty much all the time, even in winter.

I always prefer cotton and other natural fibres and am really picky about the necks of t-shirts (wide), sock seams (over the toe and never at the end) and the waistbands of underpants (wide). T-shirt tags get cut off. In summer I don't like wearing shoes or socks unless outside and even then I'll sometimes walk the dog along dirt and grass footpaths in my bare feet.

I don't wear a watch as I find the straps constrictive and can't even touch jewellery - even looking at earrings makes me feel physically sick! I also don't like shiny things on clothes; visible zips, metal buttons etc.

Outside, I only wear a jacket if absolutely necessary and would rather get wet from the rain than hot and bothered. I have loads of sunglasses around the house, at work and in my car and have recently bought a baseball cap to help block out the light when walking.

My bed linen has to be cotton and the tag on the duvet cover must always be at the bottom of the bed or cut off. Pillow covers should not have any raised patterns and if they do they get turned over to the plain side. Bed sheets must be pulled tight so that there are no wrinkles or loose fabric, especially near my feet. I sleep commando with my legs and arms sticking out from under the duvet unless it's winter time and extremely cold and then I may put a t-shirt on but that will give me a restless night's sleep because I end up feeling all tangled in cloth.

At the moment I'm in the office at work. I have all the windows open, my personal fan going (blowing at my feet and legs so I don't get watering eyes), my uv/blue-light blocking glasses on and am wearing Levi jeans (I have three identical pairs and they're always straight-leg cut), Black Flag t-shirt and bare feet (my Converse are under my desk). That's pretty much a normal day for me.

And it took 'till I was 48 to be diagnosed? :)

I don't mind heavy clothes like jeans, but they have to be mainly cotton or natural fibres.

Hate tights. Hate hate hate.

Love jackets with hoods. I put the hood up and feel like I'm safely ensconced in my cave. (But this is Aus, so normally I have to make do with a hat and sunglasses).

I like covering up, even if I get too hot, which I do, a lot. I so miss those wonderful, cold, dark, English Winters.

I imagine that I would hate them as well :)

Like you, I would quickly overheat. I also like to be aware of my surroundings at all times and a hood would restrict that. Even in winter, in the rain I rarely have a hood up.

I miss them as well. Give me overcast skies and ferocious winds over blue skies and sun. Roll on autumn and winter!

I'm very particular about clothes. I can't wear jeans or any other kind of stiff clothing and I don't like having too much skin showing either. I always wear knit and stretchy pants and skirts and dresses. I don't like having my legs uncovered in skirts or dresses though so I wear leggings underneath, but it gets warm in the summer. It's hard for me to shop because I don't like a lot of what they sell in stores and it's hard for me to find things in my size.

I always wear short pants & a lose plain white tShirt except when it's cold outside & I'm going out, then I wear jeans & a jacket on top the tShirt. I have skin eczema & tight clothes irritate my skin & make me want to scratch more.

black baggy cargo pants, black skate shoes, 1 or 2 long sleeve merino wool top(s), black hoodie, black wooley beanie - every winter day
same as above but sometimes replacing the cargo pants with knee length black mtb shorts - every summer day

only change what i wear when the clothes are unusable and i can't find the same thing anywhere, change does not come easy for me. can't describe now uncomfortable i feel if i am required to wear anything else ... suites/ties/dress shoes are my kryptonite.

I am the same , my bed sheets have to be straight, I can't stand fans anywhere near me or my eyes water, when abroad or in complete sun I can't even step out without sunglasses. Once on a speed boat I was almost closing my eyes because of the whiteness and sun reflection, I had completely forgotten glasses it was awful.

Tights can be a pain, how they cling and can roll up on your feet. especially as I'm clumsy, i always snag them then I think about the tiny rip all day. So I don't wear them anymore.
