The only major problem that still exists is that I'm still broken up between two sides. One side is the typical intense narrow minded hyper-reactive and hyper-plastic side, while the other is so quiet and peaceful the concept of change doesn't even compute to it because the only thing it understands is stability and familiarity. Every solution that I ever come up with to get these two sides to get along always ends up being one of those things that "works better in theory." I REALLY need people to give me as many different options having it both ways as they possibly can - I need to find JUST the right one

I recommend hard-techno

It seems to satisfy both simultaneously for me, resulting in a nice equilibrium.

One thing that makes my situation very tricky is the way that aspie minds are designed to always "race down the same track", and the fact that the hyper-plastic side more or less requires me to switch tracks every time I respond to a new stimulus. And because of the fact that the "stable and quiet" side is the one where everything feels more "pure"
