Sometimes I do odd things and can't help what I've done and feel so embarrassed.

Pretty sure that’s me.

I’m offend horrified at some stuff I’ve said and done. As much as I’ve recognized it, I can’t seem to change. In the moment, I’m unable to see how my words and actions will be seen by others.

I can definitely relate to that, also being too honest and not realizing it can be an issue.
