Well, I've always kinda wondered whether Asperger is something you are born with or something you develop during your early childhood, etc.
From what I understand, a lack of Oxygen to the brain at certain stages during infancy, can cause development of symptoms associated with Asperger.
But, I also have read somewhere else, where it stated it could have a genetic cause, not necessarily your parents having it, but a similar disorder which passes on to children.
But the biggest question is whether you are born with it or get it from an accident like a hit to the head, lack of brain oxygen, etc.
If only I knew exactly how and why and when. I really want to find out.

Preeminently, one is "born" with autism or Asperger's. Or, at least, one is born with a "predisposition" towards autism or Asperger's.
