Fabrication work in metal, wood and plastic/composites, small scale engineering projects. I was good at sailing for a while but that feels like a different life now.

My daughter says I'm good at paperwork, but she's wrong. Apparently I failed to complete the electronic submission on my income taxes, and no doubt will now have a penalty, since I also did not file for an extension. :(

Writing - I naturally know how to spell 98% of words without even having predictive text or spell check on my phone. I think it's the only thing I am a perfectionist with, otherwise I am not a perfectionist.

I can play songs on the keyboard but only with one hand. I can't read music, I just have an instinctive skill with playing songs on piano keyboards.

I am good at empathising with people. My mum says I'm very good at being on people's wavelength when they need emotional support. I'm glad I am good at this.

I was somewhat of a math prodigy when I was younger. Math/science has always been a relative strength. My long term memory is another one. I can remember dates of events from decades ago, what happened, what people wore, etc. I have scared people with this, even myself sometimes.

I have a decent rote memory, particularly for things involving something that interests me or languages, since I was/am hyperlexic. I am also fairly good at noticing details.

I don't even have predictive text, get compliments on texts and emails I send.
