I’m surprised I can say I’ve made it with my therapist an entire year. Every Monday at 4:00.

What sorts of things do you do in therapy with an ASD therapist?

And how do you see the effects in your daily life?

I am glad to hear you are finding therapy useful.

Lets not forget your commitment and hard work you put it too.

It takes two to tango.

He’s a therapist that specializes with people on the spectrum. He has an odd way of getting me to think really hard about things. Nothing is ever right or wrong but is emphasized how I cope and made to feel. It’s weird, hard to explain.

I really appreciate that he doesn’t try to “fix” things or change things.
