Whenever I look up my eyes start to hurt alot. I rather like to watch to the floor the hole time. But since this is synonymous with being low in confidence, I try to look straight ahead, which is fine for me mostly.

Anyone here made similar experiences?

Only when I've had a sinus infection. Has this started recently?

Oh my goodness, I thought it was just me. I can't look up either because it hurts my eyes. I have to lift my head to look up. Whenever the doctors make me follow their fingers with my eyes, I can't look up. It is actually painful. I am so glad to know that I am not the only one who has this.

I‘m also glad, welcome to the club

I think in my case, the reason is that I have to open my eyes when doing it. Most of the time, my eyes are half closed. It‘s like they don‘t have enough eye liquid for them to be fully opened up.
