Something I get a lot.

Where I get extremely tired sometimes after I have been with people or if I spend a lot of time focusing on one thing. With this tired I get this strange feeling in my head like there is weight. But it doesn’t build up it comes on suddenly.

Yes, I do get that feeling. I have some physical health problems that can make me extremely tired, much more so than normal. When that happens, it literally feels like there is a weight sitting somewhere behind my forehead.

Do you have any eyesight problems? My vision is worse when I am very tired. I think the “weight” that I feel is actually tension caused by my eyes straining.

Yes I do have quite bad vision and need to wear glasses. I also have high blood-pressure as well.

You may want to mention the symptom the next time you see the optician or eye doctor. If there is a problem with eyestrain, a simple adjustment to your eyeglasses would help. It would also be a good idea to mention the symptom to your GP, just to be on the safe side.

What kind of weight? I do get a feeling at the top of my head, kind of numb and tingly, but that's more from overload (like too much laughing). Or I get a muscular pain at the back of the head sometimes.

Not a literal weight. But it is a heavy feeling at the front of my head. Then I get another pain at the back. Usually happens after I have socialised or taken in too much information.
