Does being too emotional have to do with Aspergers?

It depends. Some Aspergers may lack any kind of empathy but some also have a to much of empathy and are just unable to control it.

For me it's more about inappropriate emotional responses, I think.
Like, sometimes seeming too unemotional, or displaying the wrong response such as laughing at a sad story, and sometimes completely freaking out over something that seems to others to be relatively minor.
