I started to be lazy so i eat basic now and my skin got dry and lips cracking, but its more importantly i got worse at speaking i cannot find words to even build basic sentence, i never been that bad before.

Probably thinking slower too.

I also become afraid of riding bike before i did not care less now i think every car is going to hit me and its too dangerous, could be increased general anxiety due to malnutrition.

Do you experience change in symptoms after diet change, whats your diet like?

Maybe you have dry skin because you don't drink enough water? I don't know whether you changed that too.

My skin is all dried out i feel all the dirt and dust and sweat on me its such a crappy feeling, my brain is slow anxiety everywhere, cannot find right words.

When on the sun sweat boils and skin itches like someone put a sensitivity knob up.

Please tell me how i get motivated to cook again.

Yes! One million percent!

I definitely get much worse if I eat certain things. My life would stop if I didn't keep my diet. Well... it would stop more.

I wish I could help you. You must feel so trapped. I hope it gets better.

Drinking more water might help but if you are like me figuring out your triggers could help a lot. I have to avoid very strictly dairy and sucrose sugar. If I eat these I feel like I'm half alive.

It might be different foods for you. You know yourself better.

Some autistics have become touchy because of the suggestions that autism can be cured through diet. I'm sure some autistics can eat anything and it makes no difference but some like me have a lot of improvement with diet. We're all different.

It might help to find a medical practioner of some kind who can guide you through an exclusion diet. That is how I found out some foods make me worse and very ill. But you do need an experienced person to guide you because extreme diet changes without nutritional understanding can make things worse. Not all doctors and nutritionists know about exclusion diets. Hope you can find the help you need.

There is such a thing as an Aphasia diet.
You can google it.
