I would say on a range of 0 to 10 I'm about a 0.5- 1.0 . I have little faith in my ability do things. My common sense/practical intelligence is very low.

I would say my confidence is about at a 5 before I really learn something. I am very anxious about doing new things if I don't know what I'm doing. Once I get established and gain knowledge, I would say my confidence improves to an 8 or 9. Nobody can know everything, so I wouldn't be arrogant enough to say 10 to anything. However, once I gain experience, my confidence rapidly improves.

My confidence is very low. Several years of "getting things wrong" has left me with very little belief in my self.

I'd say that I'm a 6. I'm not timid and I'm not cocky. I think I have the right amount of confidence.

Quite wildly fluctuating, but I've become quite adept at faking it. Surprisingly useful skill.

It varies from subject to subject, but I'd say around eight or nine.

Depends on my mood.

It ranges: My shameful timid self is a shy 1, while my shameless self is a flat 10.

No matter what the previous outcome came before, no matter how functioning I was that day; it mattered a little how many fails and successes I had.

I could be all; a complete pathethic loser who cannot do nor had the guts to take it or a cowardly lion who underestimates self, an arrogant fool who makes a fool of herself or someone with awesome ego who turns everything around on a whim. I may as well be the knowing humble one, or the oblivious one.

Recent outcomes mattered more to me in terms of confidence, than the past in general and the mere quantity of success and failures.

Not very. It's way too low actually. Too much being put down by family and teachers when I was a kid I guess.

I have a lot of mental & physical disabilities besides my Aspergers. I struggled majorly with lots of different things throughout my life. I kind of developed learned helplessness from seemingly always struggling but making very little progress. I would say i'm not confident with lots of things in my life. I learned from an early age that it's easier to get people to do things for me than it is for me to do them myself. i do have some confidence at certain times & in certain situations. Like I felt confident at work 1ce I learned my job tasks & got used to things which took a while.

My thing is I seriously doubt my own abilities. It’s kind of like a reverse Dunning-Kruger effect.
