Depends. Are both of the parents on the spectrum? If so, then the probability could as high as 60%. And from what I understand, the gender doesn't really matter in terms of the child being autistic. It being a "boy's" thing is an old misconception that along with autism showing differently in girls, has led to decades of underdiagnosis of women.
