I get a bad stomach all the time, usually in the company of stomach pain all over. The pain can be mild or severe, usually it's mild.

Am I alone with this?

Do you maybe have Irritable Bowel Syndrome?

Have you noticed this happening after eating certain kinds of food? It may help you to keep a food diary and track your symptoms. You may be able to rule out possible edible irritants.

I had a lot of stomach cramping as a kid. Very painful. Not often now. I'm sorry you have that issue.

Yeah i do. I put it down to being a cola addict in my late teens/early 20s, probably ruined my stomach lining.

I seem to these days. :(

I go from constipation to normal to diarrhea. I can go up to 5 days without needing to go, then suddenly I will go. Other times I go each day for a week or two, then I'll get a sudden bout of diarrhea for no apparent reason, which messes everything up again.

I don't put it down to food though, because I've tracked down what I eat before and it generally doesn't make any difference. I'm not lactose intolerant, in fact milk or yogurt actually helps settle my stomach (especially yogurt).

I put diarrhea down to some sort of germ entering my body that eats the good bacteria and causes loose stools, so I do remember to wash my hands a lot before eating, and I also check the use by date before I eat or drink something, and I make sure everything is cooked thoroughly.
And I put constipation down to not having a daily routine; sometimes I can go agoraphobic and not leave the house for a few days (except to go to work, but that's evenings), and so my digestive system slows down and it takes a while for it to get back to normal again.

I do sometimes get an attack of nausea, because of my SEVERE emetophobia, I start getting worked up and I get diarrhea, even though I was fine earlier.

Diarrhea blows. Both figuratively and literally.

You're the doctor, why are you asking us??? ;)

But seriously, stomach issues are very common with people on the spectrum.

I've just realised I didn't answer the question.

Yes I do.

I've got so sick of this I've ordered an allergy testing kit to see if I can track down the cause.

I've tried eliminating quite a few food things to no avail. I need outside help.

Yes. Usually when I am in a new, cluttered, or crowded location. It's kinda like nervous butterflies, but their wings are made of something very sharp.

I go through periods where my stomach is constantly displeased.

It also demands I eat more than necessary, so it's bad in that way.

Oh yes. Lots of nausea, sometimes pain (from mild to severe), intolerant to most food items. It sucks.

Yes. Before dates with someone I don't know well enough yet and sometimes even before going out with a friend I get so nervous I end up close to or actually vomiting with severe stomach cramps or nausea. It usually passes a while into hanging out though. I also get it when travelling or doing anything that's new to me. It's very annoying but i've started to accept it so it doesn't stand in the way of me doing things. It's hard to tell from if I would actually be sick though... Would suck to go somewhere thinking i'm just nervous and I end up being sick instead.

I also in periods get weird stomach sensations and burning sensations whenever I eat anything, it lasts for 1-3 months and then passes for a couple months and comes back again.
