I never have, but could end up in a group home.

I have. It helped me a lot.

Guess I got lucky, since the canteen food there was well above average.

No. I have had bad dreams about ending up in a hospital or nursing home, however. I hope it never happens.

Yes several times since I have mental Illness on to of any possible autism. I've had both good and horrible experiences. The hospital that was really awful was actually closed down not long ago.

Most of these places was psych wards in regular hospitals but once I was sent to an actual mental hospital (Pine Rest in Grand Rapids, MI).

Yes, I have, I have, and more than once! Where haven't I been! My only regret is that I didn't stay long enough to ask the professor what schizophrenia was. But you are going to find that out from him yourself, Ivan Nikolayich!

My brother has before. I visited him there a couple of times in the past. It's not bad but it isn't good either, they don't always make sure that people have cleaned there teeth or are taking care of themselves. I remember my brother not being impressed with the food either.

I have, four times over the past year, at three different places (one of them twice). The first one I was only at for three days, because of what turned out to be a reaction to a medication I was on (horrible not-quite-hallucinations that went away as soon as I got off that med). The food was very good at that place. The second place didn't have much in the way of vegetarian options (I was a vegetarian at the time), and the psychiatrist who was in charge of me had me locked out of my room without telling me why - other staff members said it was because I'd picked at a scab I had, but then she told me it was because I wasn't going to enough groups, and that I'd be locked out again if I didn't go to every single one the next day - and then the other staff wouldn't believe me when I told them that, and insisted it had been for my safety. Third place was fine, the food wasn't great but wasn't horrible either, and I don't really have any complaints about that one.

Twice as a kid. But just in the psychiatric ward of the local children's hospital. Once at nine and once at fifteen. I was worse afterwards. The food was okay from what I can remember.

Five times, ranging from two days to three months.

Last time was the best time because they took the time to sort my medication out with my psychiatrist. This was in 2013 and I haven't been in hospital since, thankfully. I've been really good mentally.

The food was that good that I gained weight while I was there.
