I have, four times over the past year, at three different places (one of them twice). The first one I was only at for three days, because of what turned out to be a reaction to a medication I was on (horrible not-quite-hallucinations that went away as soon as I got off that med). The food was very good at that place. The second place didn't have much in the way of vegetarian options (I was a vegetarian at the time), and the psychiatrist who was in charge of me had me locked out of my room without telling me why - other staff members said it was because I'd picked at a scab I had, but then she told me it was because I wasn't going to enough groups, and that I'd be locked out again if I didn't go to every single one the next day - and then the other staff wouldn't believe me when I told them that, and insisted it had been for my safety. Third place was fine, the food wasn't great but wasn't horrible either, and I don't really have any complaints about that one.
