At 35 am I actually closer to mid life than being a young adult chronically? Because in this article here it says giving birth over 35 is not exactly great: https://www.self.com/story/high-risk-pr ... ed-to-know

That article suggests that age is just one factor. A bigger factor is your overall health.
Another way of looking at it is that a 20 year old is likely to be in excellent health, because she enjoyed the constant supervision of a family. But, if you are 35, it is much more likely that you have lived a hard life without adequate support for the past ten years.
