So...I was prompted to make this video and speak out about it because I was made to feel crap about myself for having Aspergers. Although I was terrified about doing this, I feel I was speaking up for many other aspies. I figured I have a platform to share my voice, and so I made it count...and the response this video had both on YouTube and social media was worth it :)

Thanks for having the courage to make this video , I think it accurately explains what it's like to experience the world when you are autistic . I struggle with letting people know about my autism because I don't want to be treated like a child . Videos like this will help others know what we are dealing with , thanks .

I hope so, and if it helps people understand what it’s like for us, and how our autism doesn’t define who we are then it’s worth making videos like this.

I am glad you did it and I hope you get a positive response.

I've had a great response. One of my long time viewers shared his story of having autism which was great to hear. You know how sometimes you feel like you're the only one, and when you realise you're not it makes you feel not so alone.
