In March, I am delivering a speech focused on the social and economic struggles of people on the spectrum and how I think we should approach these issues, but I need a name for it. Can any of you offer some suggestions?

"My struggle"?
Lol!

I dunno about that idea. A certain Austrian/German guy wrote a book of that same title almost a 100 years ago. Most folks know the title of his book by how you say it in its original German: "Mein Kampf". Might wanna avoid that.

Only you (the OP) can give your talk the right title.

Distil your lecture down to the nub. What is the main point you are trying to convey in your talk?

If you can distil down how autism has effected you into one phrase then use that phrase as the title.
