In a low and depressive mood but don't have depression

I'm not looking forward to nine days off work, had a hair cut which I'm now disappointed with, sat at the table with my head in my hands and don't feel any interest to play a game, finish writing my book or anything and just lying on my bed feeling low.

You're having a depressive episode. I get those.

I'm just in an unhappy mood that's all, when I said a low and depressive mood, I'm not actually depressed just in an unhappy mood, its just another meaning for bad or sad mood.

That is a depressive episode. It doesn't mean you are depressed or got depression, it's just a temporary feeling of unhappiness and low mood, like you've just described.
