When I dream, the reality of that dream is more real than the reality when I wake up. In all aspects. Objects and places are more real. Emotions and connections with emotions are more real. And the most interesting thing: these dreams seem to follow a chronological order. As a reality below the surface but always present. This makes for me that reality is becoming the "dream" and the dream the reality. And I would like to live definitively in the real dream and not in the reality dream. I know... this s**t looks like Matrix and its dilemma between red pill and blue pill. Has anyone else been through this?

I had something like this when I long-term dissociated because of stress and sensory discomfort (and being consistently punished for showing any distress).
The world was confusing, I had no idea what was real and what wasn't until something could be scientifically proven - leaving all my sensations blurred and unreal.

I believe this is the real world but it doesn't change the fact that the dream world is more real than the "official" world. Even visually. In one of these dreams I knew I was dreaming as I questioned people in the dream about the reality of the dream. There they said that the dream was real and that I was hallucinating. Another character told me that we were just data on a big machine. That we were as real as gods. I know it's all in my mind but it's hard not to want to go back there.

I knew this world was the real one but I felt disconnected from it.
