Sometimes I feel claustrophobic inside. It is not claustrophobia, but a feeling that feels like it. I can't think of any other word to describe it. I am feeling it now slightly and it is the feeling that I want to break out from it. It is an unpleasant feeling where I feel like shouting "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH" to get rid of it, but I doubt it would work.
Anyone else get the same? Is a sport of compressed closed in feeling but slight tinges of a homesick feeling mixed in? Yet I am at home. I feel like I want to run and shout to break out of it but doing that does not seem to work. Sometimes it gets worse before I get release from it. Oh gosh. When it gets worse I have done stupid things to relieve the feeling. Not dangerously stupid. Just things I later have regretted.

Anyone else relate to this? Anyone know what it is?

Its raining outside now which sometimes makes it worse. However, maybe if I go out into the rain and be myself... Maybe I can break it off. Not sure...?

Oh. My mum says it is close outside. As in we may have thunder and lightening. Umm. Maybe that does not help. I sometimes feel like this when it isn't close.

Close... Why is it called close? Close to what? :D

I think no one else gets these feelings? Either I don't know how to explain them or no one else gets them. No worries. Was just asking.

I'm not really sure I understand exactly what you are feeling, but it may be anxiety. I get a sort of feeling when I get anxious that makes me feel "trapped" and it doesn't matter how much room there is around me. I just feel that I don't want to be where I am and I don't know what to do about it.

That's anxiety? It maybe what I was feeling. Is only a couple of years ago that I was able to know what stress is. I have been getting it for many many years but I didn't know it was stress.

Thanks Daniel W. You have such a gifting with the way you explain things.
