...and I got a Autism level 1 diagnosis. It's weird because I have absolutely no feelings about it right now but maybe it will come later. I was worried about the interview the psychologist did with my mum and he said that although she didn't give a clear picture that I had it as a child some parents don't want to see or don't realise things aren't normal. But both he and the psychiatrist agreed that I have difficulties with social situations almost to a level of social phobia, have less need than normal for relationships with others and have reduced body language and facial expressions compared to normal. I also have certain sensory sensitivities and an inflexibility when it comes to certain routines.

I'm not really sure what to do now but nice to have my suspicions confirmed.

Sometimes autistic peoples feelings about things are delayed. Your autistic brain may need time to process this information.
