Ot therapy for Adults

I have been looking to see an OT therapist to improve my processing speed and memory. I'm not sure where to look or what to expect. Does anyone have any experience in getting OT therapy as an adult?

How long did it take?

According to your profile, you live in a different country than me

My diagnosis was not until age 21

Thus don't qualify for Regional center

Regional center only provides services to clients diagnosed before 18

Occupational therapy

Applied behavior analysis

Speech therapy

They all take a lot of hours

They all $$$$$$


At 36 , I have not had any
