What if that is the difference in 'happiness'? What if one seems more content simply because others distract one's own thoughts?

Usually I am alone

Being distracted by precious lil "people" keeps me in the present

When I am alone I think about death more often, than when I am not alone

I used to avoid thinking about dying because the idea of being dead from that point on to eternity used to make me physically ill. Then during emergency open heart surgery I actually did die (3 times). Since then it doesn't much matter. An experience like that fundamentally changes a person.

I love being alone. It means to me I can live my life without interference from others.

Usually when I am alone that is when I will reflect on my life, my future and the lack there of, that's when thoughts of death usually come up. Of course I think of plenty about plenty of other things when I am alone, it isn't like all my alone time revolves around thoughts of death, far from it. If I am with others I am usually occupying my mind with thinking of what I am going to say next since socializing doesn't come naturally for me.

Among precious lil "people", they are usually flapping their stupidass traps about:

Friends
Enemies
Coworkers
Politics , religion
$$$
Weather
Work, school
Sports, hobby
Relationship

Diversion

Meaning BS

I don't specifically think of death when alone.
Instead, I'd think about this overwhelmingly vastly unnameable possibilities of everything and the nothing.
Then, the exercise to do things under my power -- without any interferences.

.. As long as I don't deal with either boredom and ended up having funny things to recall in my head.
Or constant sneezing or any hard to ignore bodily annoyances that do nothing but distract/disturb.

Sometimes, I do. I worry about being all alone when it happens.

"life" is going nowhere

"Much Ado about nothing"

No friends, autism

No job, no job skills, autism

Every day is just waiting for the next meal

What else is there to think about besides death

Think about the past
