I actually lived my life

Saturday, I went to the movies with an acquaintance and we saw Hobbs and Shaw. I liked the movie and this acquaintance is becoming a real friend. So, when I was driving home I felt good because it was one of those rare times where I actually lived my life instead of just wasting another day. I want more days and I will work towards having more days like this.

What makes it difficult for you to live your life?

For me, it is difficult because I struggle so much from sensory and social overload. Those things literally prevent me from doing things that I need to do as well as enjoy doing. Is that similar for you?

As I stated in my post, I am working towards that. Me and him are planning to have lunch

My sensory problems are moderate but I spend a ridiculous amount of time either looking back or looking forward and missing the moment. it can be hard to be in the now, though I am getting better at it. well done.
