Is it possible to be both hypersensitive and hyposensitive for some of the senses?

I was looking through a checklist (https://www.sensory-processing-disorder.com/sensory-processing-disorder-checklist.html) and I feel like I check multiple things off from each category for each sense. Is that still sensory processing disorder, or does that just mean that I have normal senses?

It should be noted that some of these things cause no issues at all, whereas others are a big deal.

100% yes. I'm a testament to the fact. My senses are all over the place and I stim so much I needed to be medicated.

Yes.
That includes conflicting sensory needs and preferences in a single individual across all senses.

Also being sensitive in one, yet cannot distinguish in between intensities or recognize said sensitivity at the same time even if they got low threshold/high intensity input. Hypersensitivity that looks and acts like insensitivity.
Or the opposite being insensitive to one, yet can sense subtleties, is very intolerant and reactive despite the high threshold/low intensity input. Hyposensitivity that looks and acts like sensitivity.

Then there's fluctuations, too, which could happen.
