How would you feel if governments isolated you?
It's not like I used to see anyone on most days of the year for the past decade or so, but at around this time of the year I used to be within walking distance to this place... now, this year, as if a disgusting staircase wasn't enough (despite wanting to pay for the spring cleaning of the other place, will get a single cent over my f*****g dead body), as if no shower hose capability wasn't enough, despite needing to buy an individual heater if I even dared to want my single room heated and not the whole f*****g house (goddamn, are they trying to bankrupt me or what), as if a nightmarish move due to broadband connectivity wasn't enough (although technically not their problem, although historically they let sh***y isps to just screw customers), as if my bathroom door once locking itself and being without toilet access for more than a day and risking being locked outside and breaking a goddamn leg if I tried to climb down the window... as if forcing me to sign the tenancy early on so goddamn energy companies could charge me for the goddamn time I wasn't even here isn't enough... they still send me regular letters to 'terrorize' me months later... as if this and more wasn't enough I was forced at the furthest possible place from any place I could get some company...
This year I suddenly learned why some people are so against some sh***y governments... and why, despite not caring about money generally, it is a symbol, and it will be a cold day in hell when they'll get an iota of what they're demanding for forcing all this f****d up stuff above!!
Hm, in a way, the government & media are both responsible for me being ostracized and bullied as a child. They both enabled and sometimes even endorsed hurting me for simply being autistic. I hated it and didn't understand why it was happening to me. Now I know, it was ableism. I'm thankful that society is taking a shift for the better, to accepting and understanding us.
Where have you been? They already do that! The government pretty much makes being on benefits hard, we have some working in the government that make fun of and shun those on benefits, most homes and services provided by the government are pretty lousy, getting the help you need is freaking hard, and I could go on and on!
Many times it end up feeling like the government would rather feed you to a lion than provide anything for you(obvious exaggeration).
