Checking up on how I'm doing in the current situation re the virus . As can happen when I feel anxious/stressed my ability to respond took a nosedive into the toilet . She's also just phoned my stepdaughter who has done a better job of explaining how things are at the moment.

Hope that you are OK this evening

As a matter of interest, which department of the Council?

Mentally: Reasonably OK,I think. Worried about the virus situation , but not to an excessive degree . Sleep pattern has gone a little awry . I'm wondering about my depot antipsychotic which is due 4th May , given the social distancing situation.

My stepdaughter is doing my shopping ,as she knows I'd struggle with the rules ,that quite rightly, are in place .The drawback is the shopping is being done on a little more random basis, which throws me a little re making a shopping list.

I've not seen my youngest granddaughter and oldest great granddaughter for ages as they are in the high risk category My oldest granddaughter gave birth to a boy about 2 weeks ago , and I've not seen much of them either .

Physically I'm in OK shape i.e some lower back pain , and a pain in my right hip area that flares up when I'm lying down . Nothing major though .

Have been doing some high range IQ tests ,and have joined 'World genius directory'(lowest IQ listed 130) ,'STAR intellects high IQ society'(135 IQ+), 'Indian high IQ society(124 IQ +), 'Hidden position society'(top 9.12%) and 'Secret society'(top 0.38%).

Those,I hasten to add, are all through verbal intelligence .

Verbal intelligence is my relative forte lol

I’m glad you’re doing relatively well. Sorry about those nagging pains.

You’re a great-grandfather when I’ve never even had a child lol

It's good that they are checking

There is not a uniform approach across different local authorities - some are quite poor at this in my view

What made the difference for me was moving to Wiltshire, and being near my youngest stepdaughter . She's been in my corner all the way.

In Essex I was an also ran in that I was seen as a non-acute ,chronic service user . The regular mentions of autism fell on deaf ears and daft minds . Although I had stated on the council forms I was disabled there was no follow up on that .

On hindsight I can see I was self neglecting , but it didn't seem so at the time .
