Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if any of you could recommend a book/workbook on executive functioning skills for adults? I was recently diagnosed with ASD and I'm looking for resources that will help me improve. Thank you in advance and have a great day!

To be honest I’ve never thought to look for one! 8O

I do have a “tasks” rota on the door of my study and cupboards organised in a way that auto-prompts me.
(So, i keep dusters on top of glass cleaning cloths to remind me to dust first so I’m not just smearing wet particles over the windows & mirrors).

I also have a desk diary, and a nearby forest of post-it notes... but if I forget to write something down, it doesn’t happen

I'm currently reading "A Writer's Time" by Atchity which has some general application. In general, my organizational skills clash with my creative ones, so it helps to have more of a map of the possibilities in routine.
