Sounds like the feline kitty needs to learn that the human Kitty doesn't like the feline habit of kissing with their teeth. Had a bitey cat. Took a long time, but was able to get him to stop playing rough with people he didn't know.
The rabbit my son has now reacts to sudden, loud noises exactly the same way I do on my worst days. He also eats my junk mail.
