I feel upset.

I wish I was good at math

I am very bad at math, I can't even add simple numbers without counting my fingers.

I have history of Dyscalculia, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Prosopagnosia, Dysphonia, Aphasia, Alalia, Apraxia, Dysarthria, Chorea, Photophobia, Dyspraxia, Hyperacusis, Misophonia from my early to late childhood, adolescence and adulthood.

I also have borderline intellectual functioning

When I was a teenager, the way they taught me to perform mathematical operations was using a slide rule. I never really liked a slide rule. The numbers were almost always approximations. And I have a thing for exact numbers. Then someone invented a simple calculator. In the beginning a simple add/subtract/multiple/divide calculator went for around $100 dollars. But then someone figured out how to add another function to the mix like square root. And almost overnight having the latest calculator became a fad, especially among engineers and scientist. Every week there was a new calculator that provided the latest functions.

So if you cannot perform simple mathematical functions, my general advise is to buy a calculator.

A few years ago, they added this feature to store cash registers. It would automatically tell the store clerk how much change needed to be returned. Many store clerks cannot do simple math in their heads. So it really helped these clerks at the checkout counter.

I have dysgraphia, dyspraxia, and aphasia. I can understand frustration. My dysgrapia is so much more than just writing even on the keyboard it's noticable. My grammar and spelling is bad even though i know how to do it it's weird. I'm glad I don't have a lot of learning disabilities. Tbh i've never really felt sad because of it. I just view it as an obstacle to overcome. And I don't really let those bother me lol.
