I’d say probably around 10 for me. Definitely somewhere in the “older child but not teen” categoty.

I’m 27 but have the tastes of a 10 year old. I collect plushies, watch cartoons, watch Disney movies and draw silly pictures. I consider myself a grown adult but I just enjoy cutesy and colorful things. My plushies are my friends.

I feel 8-12.

Apparently, this was accurate enough.
My SPED teacher figured actions and reactions says I'm 10.

Without executive dysfunctions, I feel more mature AND more capable likely healthy and prime 30s.
Outside observation can literally show it, too -- being the boss' equal, co-workers' elder sister than someone to be wary about... Best adult days of my life.

Regardless, never felt like a teenager. It's always either like a full adult or mostly a child.

They really are. I consider them my friends. Some people think it’s sad that I have inanimate objects for friends but that’s their opinion.

I got plenty of plushie friends, Psyduck, Squirtle (He's a part time fire-fighter), Piplup, Sir Surfsalot, Pikachu.

I would say I just turned 19 in mental age.
The last decade aged me about 2 years mentally, I reckon, because I was stuck at 17 for years.

p.s. being an adult sucks.

Senile like 80, because exhausted all the options.

Or prepubescent like 12, because don't know how to cook, don't drive a car, don't have a job currently, no dates, etc.

You are still here? Saw some pretty old post of you only before and liked your cozy avatar.
Aspergers is sometimes kind of emotional self-protection. Once you become physically adult the character seems to stop to change just your experiences make the difference then. A childlike innocent character may stay forever with some luck. Gosh I can't even believe my age and I'm anything but the totally adult way of other people at it. Still kind of a curiouse child with experiences that make him dangerous for as*holes...
But still into adventures and collection knowledge.

When I was a kid I definitely felt older than I was.
When I was a teen, I felt like I had finally hit the age where my mind and personality were at the same place as my chronological age.
I can't say I feel much more different now than I was then. That's not to say I'm like a typical teen, but that I am very similar to how I was as a teen.

I pretty much like much of the same stuff I always did; animals, books, some comics, movies, series and video/ board/ card games. My interests and strong feelings make me feel anywhere between 10 and 20.
The only things that make me feel old (down, hopeless) is downers (climate, endangered species, the apparently 'inevitable' collapse)

My body isn't as young as it was though. Youth truly is wasted on the young, they have no idea how good they have it.

When I am reminded that this and that happened so and so long ago, I can't get over how long it's been. Ut felt like almost yesterday. I can't believe I am 43. I so don't feel 43, I don't even look it.

Haha, yeah, and it sucks more the older one gets. Funny thing is, when you're a kid, you think adults can just do as they please 24/7.
