I've always been odd about things touching the pads of my fingers or the rest of that side of my hand.

But now it's getting worse for some reason, and mostly at night. I'm having more trouble falling asleep because if anything lightly touches that side of my hand it's extremely uncomfortable.

Anyone have this or know what I could do?

Sorry, I don't really have much advice :(

All I can say is when I put my hands together so that all the tips/'pads' match up, and the palms meet each other exactly I get a horrible feeling and sometimes a sort of 'shock' that goes right through my body. This lessens or goes away when I have taken magnesium for a while.

I can't do the same with my feet though. With both my hands and my feet it's more like a mental pain rather than a physical pain though :?

I get this really horrible feeling everytime my nails touch, fortunately it almost never happens.
