Anyone else is tortured by the local government after dx?

Like, you know, it could be all coincidences, but... soon after one of their own agencies diagnoses me, after they got a thorough report clearly stating noise destroys me... they put me on one of the busiest streets... later on after several breakdowns and police involvement due to noise (whoa, what a surprise) I relocate to a relatively better place, and stay there until somehow some random bastard is annoyed with me and I'm back to the area I was in before... and suddenly somehow a bike stalks. Like, that could totally be a coincidence, but it could also totally be their employee doing it to push me over the edge... they KNEW I lived for years prior in better noisy conditions, but no, they wanted me to suffer again, and now with the worst possible source of noise (apart from jackhammers, which BY THE WAY THEY ALSO GODDAMN USED SOON AFTER MOVING IN BEFORE FOR MANYS MONTHS... but as it happens to be before the pandemic I could actually escape)... currently, I'm truly trapped in an everlasting hell, and I'm afraid this is truly my end... can someone possibly help me phone them? They're ignoring all my communication... I'm becoming so desperate, it's like I'm entering these dimensions of pure insanity every time it revs... help....

Have you tried OT for helping you to de-sensitise to noise? I’m very noise sensitive myself, but it can be managed. Noise cancellation headphones can work, but it’s not a good idea to rely soley on those as your ears will be affected from wearing headphones for prolonged periods. You’ve likely been put in the “too difficult basket”, as the police have been involved and your calls/attempts to contact the powers that be, are being ignored. Covid will be a thing of the past shortly, so you should be able to move about and escape the noise, more easily in the next week when restrictions are lifted again. The immunisation is being given in just a few short weeks and rolled out so that, by next March, things should be beginning to return to normal.

Do you have any family members who are willing to assist on your behalf as an advocate?

Go take a walk in a park. Try to focus on the things you like to do. Get something to block out the noise like noise canceling headphones. I know its’ hard but focusing on it never helps. I can understand being driven to insanity. I’ve been driven to insanity. I drive myself to manic episodes and other things. But you gotta do your best to cope with it. IT might seem pointless but you have to do something about it.
