that's a pretty open question. success in doing what? daughter is celiac and when she is able to stay gluten free (this is a lot of serious effort on so many levels to make it work) she is healthier. She has multiple diagnoses for her mental health as well, and we suspect she is also undiagnosed autistic adult. She has avoided hospitalization for several years not that she works hard to avoid cross contamination and stay gluten free. We often wondered if the celiac immune response was not partially responsible for some of the inflammation in her brain causing some of her mental illness symptoms (as well as the inflammation of her digestive system, her joints, skin, hair, etc, all of which have vastly improved since she went gluten free. For her it has been a lot of hard work, but working to stay gluten free has given very good results.

It's supposed to work wonders for classical autism. And the latest research kinda bears that out.

Yes, personally I find that a diet that is both gluten and casein free such as the paleo diet can work wonders and I would very much recommend it (particularly the keto version).

It is particularly good for gut issues, autoimmune issues, conditions such as epilepsy etc and can help to reverse insulin resistance as well.

I also find that the keto paleo diet can help with some autism related difficulties and various mental health issues (ie Depression), however, I wouldn't say it is a complete cure by any means (ie it won't help with social problems or feelings of loneliness, but it can be beneficial for mood or sleep symptoms that are neurochemical in origin).

Its worth giving it a try.

Going gluten free means I am able to breath.
I think that is a good thing. 8) [facetiousness]

That may be part of the reason I score under 5 with the blood sugar tests, these days. 8)

A diet incorporating gluten is literally torture for me.
I am "allergic" to nutz, also.
Just found this out recently.

I think it is wonderful when they produce a gluten-free product and then add nutz to it. [sarcasm]
I wonder who the genius was that thought up *that* grand idea? [more sarcasm]
