The woman in this video is having a full-on panic attack and when I watch it I immediately panic for her. In fact it's what I look like when I'm having a panic attack. It's actually torture watching this for me.

I know people argue that it was her fault she was late and all that but that's beside the point. A lot of people laugh at this video at her crying but I can really feel her panic right now and I don't feel the urge to laugh, whether it was her fault or not. I'm sure she didn't intend to be late, otherwise she wouldn't have panicked like this.

What do you feel when watching this video?

Unsure.

Neutral with a twinge of understanding.
To me, I just know the feel too well. I just react differently with it -- in public and in private.

But far from torture. More like because it's too normal so to speak.

Because I came from a place where missing as big as that is more or less anticipated to begin with.
The whole idea is more or less expected.

Especially in places where the systems and transportation isn't always reliable.
No amount of planning or lack of tardiness can guarantee not being late.

And there's no judgment -- not as often nor as big as one expects in terms of punctuality.

TLDR; I would feel something like this:
".. Yeah, I know" *shrug* "It happens" then move on and let it go.

Already, I don't want to watch that video. However, I once drove a woman to the airport and there was a problem with traffic. At the ticket counter, she had a meltdown. I was fairly numb, as this was still before my worst traumas. I was surprised that everyone was really nice to her, and quickly found her another flight. I had a similar problem, and was just given a fortnight of grief before I saw that the company was using a term differently than the public.

Usually when I see people crying I cry too, but this didn't happen today. I didn't have any emotion. I feel sorry for that poor woman though.

Firstly I am wondering which TV program this is from as I seem to recognise it.
Then I notice how upset the woman is and I am eventually upset for her too.
Then I hope that she resolves her problem.

And now I wonder what kind of tit finds this funny?

Now...I realise that her upset over what they may see as a minor thing might be funny to them but to her it seems to be important. All I see is upset human, human in distress, the reason is irrelevant in a way. I want to comfort or assist her but there is obviously nothing I can do. Most frustrating!

I feel sad for her.

That is all.
