I hope that I was being correct that ASD is a such a broad developmental disorder that even convicted criminals can be diagnosed with ASD as well.

Most people with mental health and developmental disorders are less likely to commit crimes and are ten times more likely to be a victims than the general population.

the ones whom commit crimes are either fitted up or mentally disturbed in other ways.
