diagnosis??

thanks for above posts!!

have been on a few websites, and apparently its really hard for adults to get a diagnosis in my area (east yorkshire), so not sur what i'm going to do yet.
Have got an appointment with my occupational health dept. (cause i'm off work with stress at moment - due to major changes and relocation going on - never did cope well with change!!) i wonder if i should speak to them about my concerns? would they even know what i was talking about??
