I just started my 80-th year, it's my 79-th B'day!
I'm far from WP now working my on my own personal & "distantly flavored slant" of ASD++.
My old notes indicate I failed to pass on "my best" reference to survivalists++ of an old post topic with a "pop name" for survivalist I don't recall
It's "The Foragers Guide to Wild Foods," (North American Edition) by Nicole Apelian, Ph.D.
It, and Nicole, are the genuine articles. She is a practitioner of all she presents, and it works for me. Good Luck
