My nightmare about a mental breakdown

Last night I had this really horrible dream and in the dream I was at this place and there were loads of people and I knew everyone there and a lot of them were leaving to move to a different town. The place I was in was a place I use to go to where I use to live before I lived in Kent where I am now. Everyone in groups were leaving and I kept screaming at them not to leave me I want people with me all the time I don't it I am use to everyone I have meeting with new people and socialising. I was pleading with some as well to stay and my sister came out who was leaving and she kept saying I'm taking you to the doctors you are going on medication and I'm screaming 'No I don't want to go on medication' and I got escorted away. Also my ex turned up in the dream and she was leaving (which is what happened in real life) and I kept going Noooooooooooo!! !! !! !! !! !
Then I got escorted to the doctor's and thats when I woke up

It was pretty scarey that dream. I know I have some insecurities and I just wondering whether that is my insecurities coming to surface.

jeeze... ya man, these kinds of things can pop up in dreams, and it does not take much to analize what that dream meant. Cant help unfortunatly, but I love trying to interperate dreams sometimes they are hard, but yours, well thats about as easy as they get. I hope it does not become a reality for ya.

I once had a dream that my high school crush beat me up. I saw my face in the mirror and I felt extreme pain in my heart. When I woke up, my heart was still in pain and I could not go to school that day, I felt so nauseated.

Mmmm, OK. Having gone through a real breakdown I can tell you that they are a lot worse than your dream. I wouldn't wish a nervous breakdown and its aftermath on my worst enemy.
