What's your to-do list for the new year?

I always get stuck over the difficulty I have making appointments, particularly when they involves explaining things in detail over the phone.

1)start running every morning but first I need new shoe inserts made for me but before I can make the appointment for that, I need to see the foot dr so I need to make the appointment for that first.

2)Need to sort out problem with wrist so need to make an appointment with physio to get an assessment but need to get name of problem from my medical records, may be best to ask doctor.

3)cure infection, need to make doctors appointment and see if they can manage forth time lucky.

4)Order freezer so that it will be delivered during my week off work. Get it set up and then use it.

5)Ask physio during wrist assessment about numbness possibly caused by neck problem.

6)get hair cut, first research train times again.

7)Make appointment with dentist.

My full to do list is much longer but these are the ones that just stay on it. At lest two of the problems go back more than four years.

I don't really have a list persay but there are some things I could & should do

I really should binge-eat less & exercise more cuz I gained a lot of weight over the last few years & my cholesterol & blood sugar are high. Bing-eating less would also save money on food. Exercising would make me physically stronger which is good cuz I'm very weak. Walking would also get me out of our apartment more which would give my girlfriend alittle break from me, give me something to do, & probably help my mental health.

I really should also look for a part time job. It needs to be part time cuz I'm on Social Security Disability & have Medicare & Medicaid I don't want to lose. My girlfriend also doesn't want me gone a lot cuz she has issues she's dealing with & wants/needs help with. However she would like a little break from me & some time to herself. We also have a lot of debt & having a part time job would give me a little extra money coming in which could go towards paying it off. I also really want to see about getting a hair transplant but that'll cost money I don't really have. Having a job again might be good for my mental health if I'm not working a lot of hours. The job will have to wait thou cuz we're on waiting lists for other apartments & it'll be much better to wait till we move which will hopefully be soon.
