This is includes foods i may eat but feel/smell off

Cheeses are delicious but they feel off to me ( i think it's because i'm thinking of their shelf life constantly)
Wet Breads
oatmeal
Meat is fine but the fat makes me gag everything
chocolate is good but i hate touching it
Dont drink cow milk but plant based feels cleaner
love hate relationship with peanut butter. if i smell it when i'm not eating it, it's gross. like when i'm washing dishes
produce is like dairy, i'm just counting down for it to go bad haha so i'm either devouring it or throwing it away
anything grape flavored (its a long story)
Eggs are both delicious and gross to me. if i can get past the smell and cook away the slimy texture, i'm good.
Bonus: Is it not the grossest thing when a bit of wet food is on somebody's face or on furniture?!

Mushrooms. When they're cooked, they're horribly slimy.

Guacamole, cottage cheese, crunchy peanut butter, orange juice with pulp, candy so chewy it's like a piece of rubber, and anything similar to any of the above. :eew:

Growing up with a lot of scarcity, there's almost no food I wouldn't eat. Although I do put my foot down on stuff like rancid meat, grains with bugs or worms, and anything with green mold, even if they're trimmed off. I'm grateful that we don't have to eat foods that's gone off any more. Most people don't realize how much refrigeration saved us from eating yucky stuff.

I can't stand very greasy foods. Part of that is hating the greasy sensation on hands and / or lips. All fat gets trimmed and I eat nothing fried. The only fats I can really eat are in nuts and avocado (spread on bread, not eaten in slices or chunks).

Fruits, desserts, cereal with milk (anything soggy), mushrooms, olives.

I don't like the textures of vegetables.
Leafy parts and stems more so -- anything that resembles a texture of an apple and anything less crunchier or less softer than that.

Unless it's well boiled enough to be soft, or is deepfried.

Just anything gummy. Soft but doesn't mince easily. Might as well chew on an eraser.

Most of my issues are textures, flavors second. I don't have a strong sense of smell.

Pineapple. Both texture and scent wise.

Cucumber. I hate the smell! I often want to leave immediately when it's in a room. It's so overpowering. I get odd looks when I say that, but seriously? Are we smelling the same thing here?

Bell Peppers.

Vinegar. Hate hate hate the smell. Chip shops are not pleasant to me.

Flour on my hands. It feels uncomfortable.

Fruit salad. There's always one type of fruit that overpowers the others and makes everything else this weird non-descript uniformity. I don't know how else to describe it but certain fruits don't mesh well.

It's mostly texture for me. I can hardly think of any scents.

Mushy apples - it's so upsetting when I bite into an apple and it's mushy. And I can never tell what they're going to be like from feeling the outside. They have just as little give as their crisp counterparts. If it doesn't feel like my teeth are in danger when I bite in, it isn't crisp enough.

The "skin" on things like custard, gravy, and rice pudding. - This is just all kinds of wrong.

Smooth peanut butter - Beyond wrong.

Butter (refrigerated) - I don't know why I know what this is like but I wish I didn't. Avocado is somewhat similar but I can stomach it on toast.

Grapes and tomatoes that aren't firm.

Soft bell peppers (grilled/roasted).

Watery yoghurt.

Overly ripe bananas (both texture and smell).

For me it seems to be foods that don't feel like what I think they "should" feel like, rather than foods in their natural/freshest state.
