Hi. I've been wondering if something I've noticed over the years is unique to me, unique to me and my diagnoses, a typical symptom/correlation with ASD, or just a common occurrence (I'm sure there is another option or two).

I never seem to agree with placing emphasis on the words the author/editor chooses to italicise. Often a sentence will make no sense to me unless I pick different words to emphasise.

Thoughts?

Could you provide some examples?
