Which Benzodiazepine? In what situation?

Im myself sometimes quite confused about benzodiazepines and their use, and which one is more suitable in what situation. Its confusing mostly because some have similar effects to others, which can make it difficult to decide, and the side effects vary as well.

If you can please share experience with each one, wwhich had more tolerable side effects? which had less tolerable side effects, which were more helpful in certain situations?
