Do you ever get suspicious of people at all. I have this habit of being suspicious of people even if I really know them. For example at work I will go out in a van and the people I am in the van with I will get suspicious of. Someone at work looked at me once and asked me 'Whats with the suspicious look' If it is someone I am really comfortable with I stop being suspicious of them.

Yes, I get suspicious of people driving behind me all the time. Maybe it's because I dont have a license, and worry it's a cop though. :)

Me, too.

Scratch that.

I get downright paranoid about it.

I have a lot of trouble with suspicion and also paranoia. I think I'd make a good detective.

One thing though... Sometimes I think I'm really super good at reading people but my husband almost always refutes that. That is most frustrating! Here I am thinking I'm the s**ts for knowing way more than anyone else, just to be reminded that I don't know a darned thing.

ie: I'll think a sales clerk acted angry towards me and my husband will say no, he wasn't mad at all. Or I'll think someone is sad and hubby will say the person acted fine. grrrr

I used to trust my own judgements before being handed the AS diagnosis and reading up on it.

I am sometimes suspicious of people. I can never tell if someone is being sarcastic or is only pretending to be nice. I have had too much experience with being too gullible and being tricked. I also sometimes wonder if I am being lied to or manipulated.

Yea, I'm the same way. In school I'd always be really paranoid of peoples intentions whenever they would start talking to me and be nice. I'd think they were trying to get a laugh or were dared or something to do it or something. It's pretty irrational since it's not like I make a scene or anybody really knew me. I don't know what would be funny about it. Probably turned alot of people off by that because I probably came off as a dick. Not to say I do this without reason though. I've had friends who turned out not so good friends after all.

Same with me about the friends. My supposed best friend ended up being not such a good one.

I get suspicious and parnoid when driving and notice the vechile behind me starts making all the exact turns im making. I get this feeling that they are following me to give me s$%# for maybe cutting them off, spitting rocks at their vechile etc. but they never are following me as they eventually go their own way.

ROFL!! But to be honest, I actually like God! I see him as more of a hardass teacher and not so much my personal cheerleader. Therefore, I've never expected much sympathy from him - much less deliberate betrayal. I'm on my own in life, and he expects me to do the best I can. I'm fine with that. But I don't think I actually "trust" anyone or anything other than myself.

So apparently the answer is yes, I am suspicious!
